How many pounds of greens do I need
The recommended serving size is 2 lbs. per person. If you are feeding a small family of 5, our 8 lb. minimim will be plenty for your family's meal.

If you are feeding 10-15 people, we recommend that you order our 15 lb. case.

If you are feeding a large crowd of 20+ people, we recommend that you consider ordering our 25 lb. case of greens.
